Hello everyone,
I am planing to come to the US for school me and my wife this year. I will start School in Aug 27 and She will start in Oct 22. both of us will be full time students .
Can my wife travel with me in B1 visa and change her status to F-1 in the US 30 days prior her school start ? She already have 5 years visit visa to the US and we are processing our F-1 visas in the US consulate this week.
I would really appreciate your advice on the above . Thank you
