    Default L1A with offshore team

I am a manager in a multi-national company that operates in an onsite-offshore model - part of the team is based in USA, and the rest is based outside of USA. My company has applied for L1A visa for me. In the RFE received USCIS has asked for US organization hierarchy, which shows my position and the position of my subordinates. Now, I will be in US with my team mostly based outside USA. I have to be based in US, interact with the client in US, and direct the work of subordinates, who are based outside of USA. Do you think this would be a problem in getting L1A visa approval?

It should not be an issue.
