Default Urgent help needed for my parents visa

    Dear Friends,

I have been a student on F1 status here at USA and it has been one month since I graduated. Now, I am on OPT and looking for a job (post doc position). My husband is on F1status currently. I am willing to reapply for my parents visa (B1/B2); it has been rejected one about two months before for no apparent reasons. First time, my mom went by herself to the interview (Mumbai consulate) but this time I am planning for my dad and mom both. Please suggest me the required documents and expected questions and best possible answers that can be asked to my parents. I desperately need them here as I have a two month old baby. Specifically, I like to know:
    1) What should my parents say in response to "what your daughter is doing right now? should they mention that I am looing for a job or should they say that she is waiting for her husband's study completion and then they will return back.
    2) If they ask whether your daughter has any children, should they admit it?
    3) IF the officers are willing to give a visa to any one of them, what should we say in response to it?

    Please help me.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Please tell your parent not to lie any thing about you or your husband at the time of visa interview. The VO will be having all the details about you linked with your SSN. As you are on OTP I would advise you to try brining your parent for your graduation ceremony it works 99%.
All my relatives and my parents who were rejected several times for the B2 visa got 10 years visa easily when they applied on the universities Graduation ceremony invitation letter

Default urget help needed for my parents visa

    Hi
Thank you for your reply. I did apply for my mom's visa for the first time for my graduation but she was denied. Now, my graduation ceremony is over and I am on OPT. That is the issue. So, now I am planning to invite them just for visiting us. Suggest me what to do.

    Thanks
