Hi All,
Both parents have green card and my daughter is indian citizen( 2 years ago we decided to stay back in india and that time my wife delivered baby girl), after we got green card approved and we return back to US by leaving my child at grand parents place.
We applied her passport after 8 months since she born, we applied follow to join application in USA and interview scheduled in mumbai, when we attended visa interview for my daughter they are more questioning on why we didn't apply passport for 8 months since she born.
If anyone come across this situation then please help me.
