Minor in India- Got held up due to parent's visa processing

Hello,

I work on H1B visa in US and my daughter was born in US last year. We came to India when she was 3 months old and now she is about 10 months old. We have stayed in India for 7 months due to my visa pending at the US consulate for administrative processing. Is there anything that we need to do or inform somebody because my daughter has stayed for more than 180 days on her PIO (Person of Indian Origin) card.

Any help or directions would be greatly appreciated.
