Default Moved out from Cook county after marriage before filing I-485

We have got married in Cook county IL, but we shortly moved out to Winnebago county IL before filing any document for adjustment of the status of the spouse.
Is it Ok to file the documents being a resident of a different county whitin the same state?
    Will this slow the process?

    thanks,
    Alvin

    Do you mean:
1.) No Problem (as an answer for the 1st question)
2.) Not OK (as an answer for the 1st question)
3.) Won't slow the process (as an answer for the 2nd question)

Thank you. (I apologize for the confusion around your answer.)
