Pending Application - Employment Change

Good Day,

My wife is petitioning for me for my Green Card and we have our interview in a couple of weeks.

My question is, with my wife as my sponsor, how bad would it be if she were to change employment while we have a pending application?

We would obviously make sure she still earns within the guidelines, but we just were not sure if it would be okay for her to change employment or not.
