Need help immediately

My in-laws had appointment on Aug 9,2005 for visitor visa in chennai counslate,and the officer check every thing and he wanna give visa but behind him sombody approach,then he ask her something,then he ask my in-laws that the company is located in Maine and your son in law is working in Newyork ,so how it can be possible that the both differ.(He should notice that in IT consultant is always in moving,and where the project and where the company placed he supposed to move).Then he refused and told them to bring proper document that why the address is different.

please tell me what to do now(I talk to my employer and he agree to give a letter stated that Iam working with a client in a different place) and how they can go to counlate again(The tt appointments now available in Jan2006).

Hi,
If they have already been refused, then they have to make a new appointment and go again with all the details. But if they have been issued a refusal under Sec 221(g), then they can go back on any Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday with the entire documents, without an appointment.
