    Post Legal Representative

    Hi

    I am a petitioner and legal representative of my spouse and she just get a letter from NVC. I want to submit necessary document to NVC on behalf of my wife so what form do i need to filed and send to NVC to show the proof of legal representative ?

    if ur an lpr, Nvc will send you ds-3032 choice of agent
