Default Not l2 stamped on passport.. But have l2 status with I-797c approved. Can I apply ead?

    Hi
It would be great if you could help me find answers for below questions.
I Was working on l1 until last month and now converted to l2 based on my spouse I 94. So I am not l2 stamped in passport But have l2 status with I - 797c approved . Can I still apply for ead?

If yes .. I had couple more questions
We are relocating from Arizona to Alabama next month ..can I still apply ead with Arizona address. According to uscis need to apply ead in Phoenix address for arizona And need to apply to Dallas address for Alabama.
And can I travel to India after applying ead.

    regards

Yes. Visa has nothing to do with your status.

If you expect to move within 2 months of applying, it is better that you apply after moving. Even though technically it is possible to apply according to your current address, most of the times change of address is not properly processed and often approved EAD will be lost in mail because of that. Another alternative is to give the address of a friend or relative who is not going to move in near future (in the same state as your current address).
Also, it is better that you don't travel internationally while the EAD application is being processed.
This is my opinion and not legal advice.
