H4 Travel while transfer is in progress

Hi,

I am on H1B and my H1B transfer from Company A to Company B is in progress and it will take another two weeks to get approved, i have also filed for H4 transfer to my new employer along with me(I539 along with the H1B) , now we have a situation where H4 has to travel to india by this week, please suggest, can H4 travel while H4 transfer along with H1B is in progress.Will this affect in any way when the H4 comes back to USA and will it affect the H1B transfer in any way.

In some forums i saw some i94 issues but was not clear.

Please suggest

She can travel but she will need to wait for H1 transfer approved before coming back into the U.S.
