Default Can i go to Canada for my H1B stamping?

    Hi!
I would be chaning my status from F1(OPT) to H1B and would be on H1B status from October 1st.
I have plans to go to India.
Can i go to Canada and get my H1B svisa stamped and then go to India?
I would be getting my H1B visa stamped for the 1st time.

Also, I have H1B approval notice of company A. I would be getting H1B stamped
based on company A's approval notice.
Can i change my employer after getting H1B stamped?
Or if i change my employer then i have to get a H1B stamped again to re-enter
    USA?

    >>> You can enter U.S on any valid H1B visa, but you need to carry the approval notice of the employer who you will be working in U.S.
