Tourist visa B2 for family! Need help!!

I want to apply for a tourist visa B2 for my family (2 adults+1kid) using cox&kings/sotc/Thomas cook for a 6 days trip to US.

I am earning 12 lacs INR/year. I have a bank balance of rs. 7-8lacs in my account.

I also got denial for a B1 visa in June 2010(2 years back). I never visited any other country in past.

So what are the chances of getting this visa approved? Will chances improve if my company sponsor this trip?

There are bright chances for you and your family to get visa if your are working in your current company for more than 3 years.
