Issue with Travel Time claimed during H1B on GC Application

So, a little issue has cropped up. My company applied for GC earlier this year with the LCA process currently underway. So, while that is happening they were going to file for my H1-B extension as LCA will be approved.

I gave them all my travel dates from the passport, which is 3 months during my F1-Student Visa and 1 month during my H1B status.

Now, I am being told that I will have to travel outside the US for 3 months as they claimed those F1-Dates in some application and since they were not during H1-B status I have to make up that time.

That is creating a lot of personal issues for me. Is there any other way?
