Questions regarding EB2 category

Hi All,

Friends, I have a questions regarding EB2 category and need your help & advice.

What are the requirements to file GC under EB2 category?
I know USCIS needs 5+ years experience & 18 years education (after 10+ 2 + 4 years graduate & 2 years masters or 3 years graduate & 3 years masters) & few more. But I am Computer science masters (2 years) with 3 years graduate from India (17 years education) and with over 7years of IT experience, am I eligible for EB2? With above stated status

I dont know about the 18 Years mandate but its certainly very difficult to get EB2 category with 3 Years of graduation. They require the graduation to be continuous 4 Years to be equivalent to a US Bachelor's. get your education evaluated by professional evaluators.This is my opinion, not legal advice.
