B1 Single Entry if reapplied later ?

I had got a B1/B2 Single entry VISA valid for only 2 months until July - Sept 2012 and i have a annotation that its for 2 weeks training specific in a particular location. I wanted to know if again , I say reapply later in the year for a B1 again ..is there a chance of getting a 10 yrs and multiple entry Or does it again depend on the visa officer desicion ?

You can try for Visa Interview Waiver as it will be same class of visa. Check with VFS. Even if you are eligible for VIW they may still call you for an interview and at that time it will depend again on the Visa Officer. This is my opinion, do consult experts too.
