EB2 to EB1

Hi,


My GC process was started (not cleared even the first step yet) on L1 B visa in EB2 category. I recently changed my visa from L1B to L1A, is there anyway my GC could be processed under EB1 category? I have been a PM for the last 2+ years. I was not a PM when i came to US 3+ years back

Hi:

I got my EB2 approved in 2008. Later I applied for EB1 and got that also approved two months ago. So it is possible. As long as you are eligible you can apply for any number/any category of visas. Please contact an experienced lawyer.

thanks for your response. Could you share which category your qualified in EB1 - was it L-1A – Multi National Manager or Extra Ordinary Ability. Your help will be greatly appreciated
