I-864 or I-864EZ

Hello,

I am confused whether we need I-864 or I-864EZ.

1) My sibling is the sponsor.
2) She is sponsoring both parents (Mom and Dad). (As per I-864 EZ one of the requirements is that-The relative you are sponsoring is the only person listed on the Form I-130 petition)
3) She has sufficient income.
4) She files a joint tax return with her spouse.(As per I-864 EZ, you cannot use EZ if you are a joint sponsor, she can provide support alone however her filing is joint)

I read through the below link, however still have a doubt. Can we use I-864EZ for both parents?

My sister is the sponsor.
She has sufficient income on W2.

The doubt is due to the following point -
The relative you are sponsoring is the only person on I-130.

We are filing 2 I-130 applications.

As you have to file separate I-130 for each person, the person you are putting in a particular I-130 form is the only one. Therefore, you pass that criteria.
