Ex-Spouse name change in Passport after divorce and later 2nd marriage

I need help on this urgently.Pls reply to this query if you know the process.

I have my passport printed with my first spouse name .I have got divorced from the ex-spouse and have got married to my current spouse.
I am currently in MA,USA and want to understand the procedure to apply online for the changing the name of old spouse and adding the new spouse name in my passport.

Pls could you let me know if this is possible without having to apply for two times (one for deletion of spouse name and other for addition of new spouse name).
Pls advise accordingly so that I can proceed with passport application process.I prefer doing this process via mail than an appointment at VFS passport office in NY.
