Insurance for a pre-existing heart condition

Hi Everyone I am looking for insurance plan for my mother-in-law who will be coming here for one year on a vista visa and from there will be applying for a green card. I have looked into some insurance plans but that ones I looked into seem to only be for emergency medical care. I am looking for an everyday insurance where she can have regular doctor, see specialist and covers prescription. She is 52 years old and from Central Asia if that matters at all.
