My friend's husband is in USA, he had done marrige to a American-citizen lady for a Green-card by filling forge divorce with my friend. she wasnt aware about all this and came to know about all recently. She is in India and her husband went back to USA for his greencard renewal which is in November 2012. If my friend wants to get him back, then what is legally possible for her to get it done.
