How many applications can I sponsor at one time, and is there a time limit?

I married a Peruvian woman in March of this year, and applied for a visa for her to come here in USA with me. She changed her mind about leaving Peru. We are in the divorce process. I wrote a letter to withdraw my petition of sponsoring her, but before it reached the visa application center, it was approved. I now have a fiancee in Brazil. Will that create a problem having a visa approved already, with me sponsoring a fiancee visa for another person? Is there a time or number of applications rule? Any information would be appreciated.

Oh boy you going through wives pretty fast and now i got the bad news for you.. 1. You have to prove that you been in relationship for more than 2 years with the one from Brazil... 2. Dumping the Peru woman for the brazilian gal is going to raise red flags and 100% for denial..
