delay on I-129F processing at the USCIS

Hi, Anyone experience a delay on I-129F processing at the USCIS?
Any one know why is there a delay in processing applications?
It looks like there are increasingly higher volume of pending cases there.
Why is that?
Any one know?

Delay in processing applications may be occurs for people who doesn't provide the certificates correctly..If this happens, then surely they will be delay in processing any applications..
