Default Adjust for my overstayed wife

    Hi,
I am soon taking an oath to becoming a citizen.
I got married 3 years back, to a f1 student visa holding wife,
    i had filed for a i-130 then.
my wife had OPT which expired in feb 2012.
Now she is overstaying over here, and i am going to file her adjustment once i take my oath.
I had particular questions regarding the form:
    part 2 question 1:
i am applying for adjustment to perm res status because:
the answer should be (a) right?

Also when is asks what is the current USCIS status, what should i write there?
she was originally F1 and then had OPT which expired in feb 2012.

Also do i need to file an affidavit of support?
