Wait time for EB3 and EB2 for Indians?

Hi,

Can anyone give an estimate of what the wait time would be for an Indian national under EB3 and EB2 categories respectively if an application is made in 2012?

Is there any source for this information? I see priority dates, but haven't yet seen a source that gives approximate wait times.
I need to send this information to my hr to show how long it would take to get a green card in EB3 as opposed to EB2. Can anyone please provide a credible source?
