H1 Visa Interview - Hyderabad : Issued 221g, Detailed desc of previous B1 Visits

I attended H1 Visa interview today(07/30: 9.00 AM) at Hyderabad consulate, and I was given a 221 (g) to submit detailed description of training plan for my previous B1 visits, at VFS office.

I've been to US twice on B1, first trip was for 3 months (in the yr 2008) and second trip was for 4 months (in the yr 2010).

Has any one got similar query about prior B1 visits, any suggestions would be helpful.

Hey mb_2012.. I never travelled to US before neither did i hold any type of visa... can you please share your experiences ?? My interview is scheduled next month..

Hi Friend,

I had attended interview on July 27th to counter 12 ,he just asked me about B1 visit's and given 221g white with other options stating required all B1 visit Travel details .

Did he kept your passports ?
How long you stayed in US on B1 ?
Is your B1 sponsored company and H1 petitioner same ?
Anyone from your company questioned by Consulate or at the Port of entry in the recent times b/c of frequent B1 visits ?

We don't much choice just submit Invitation letters & training agenda.

Have you already submitted your B1 trip documents at VFS. Attorney would tell you only one thing "Purpose to your visit should only be for Training, no potential employment".

My Lawyer had informed that they will take care of everything.

What about you?

Is passport with you ?
Did you submitted the documents to VFS?
What are the options checked in 221g?
