If I'm currently outside the United States and is one of the specified categories of relatives of a U.S. citizen in a preference category, can I become a permanent resident? How long do you think will it take. My brother is USC. Do you advice of hiring a law firm will be any kind of additional advantage? how many possibilities are there to get limited permanent residency for five years.
