Question HELP!!! Student Visa Rejection Impact on Fiance/Spouse Visa

Hi! I am trying to apply for a graduate program in US. I have already been rejected for the student visa twice. I plan to apply again for the next year with better preparation. My to be fiance is a US citizen but we cannot get married or apply for fiance/spouse visa at this time. In case my student visa is rejected again how much impact will it have if I apply for a Fiance/Spouse Visa in the future (about 3-4 years from now)?

It mostly depends on the reason why you were denied a student visa. If you were denied under 214(b) it shouldn’t cause any problems, since immigration intent is normal for a K1/CR1/IR1 visa. They will obviously have your previous denials on file at the embassy, but there are other people who have been denied F1 and B1/B2 visas under 214(b) but still got a K1 visa. If you were denied based on something else (overstay, fraud etc.) then it might be a problem.
