My In-laws are applying for a visitor visa and I am sponsoring them. My Father-in-law works for central government company in Chatthisgarh (Mumbai consulate Jurisdiction). Can they attend for visa interview at Hyderabad consulate (born in AP, immediate family and properties also) ? I am not able to find information regarding this.
Also, my Mother-in-law cannot speak english. Since they would be going to the visa interview together, is it OK to select English as the medium for visa interview ?
One more question. Is it better if I act as sponsor for their trip or they show enough finances to pay for their own trip ? Which option is better ? My in-laws have sufficient finances to support their own trip.
