UK transit visa for Pakistani Nationals going 1st time to Canada on immigrant visa

I am going to Canada with my family on newly issued immigrant visa, we have a 4-5 hrs transit in Heathrow airport.

All 5 of us have new Canadian Immigrant visas on our passports, we have never visited UK before.

4 of us would be boarding plane from Bahrain to Heathrow & then to Toronto as we are Saudi Residents.

My eldest son who is not a Saudi Resident would be coming from Karachi to Bahrain & we plan to take same flights, please advise if he needs a transit visa for Bahrain as well as for UK ?

With Canadian visas, none of you require UK transit visas. As for your son, if I'm not mistaken, Bahrain requires no transit visa, but I am unsure. Please check with the embassy in Islamabad:
