Citizenship change from USA to INDIA

Hello All,
i have a question.
If the parents are Indian and have green card and want their baby to born in USA, by birth the baby is going to be a USA citizen and the parents have an OCI card for the baby. Now what if the parents want to move permanently to India,
1. what will happen to the citizenship of the baby?
2. can the baby stay in India forever and retain his USA citizenship, if yes how?
3. how can the baby become a citizen of India, what is the procedure?

Please help me find answers for the above questions.

With the birth certificate, you can apply for a US passport for your child which is a proof that he/she is a US citizen. A US citizen is a US citizen for life no matter where he/she lives. However, I am not sure if India allows Dual Citizenship

thank you for your reply, my next question is if the child wants to take up Indian citizenship in future what procedure should be followed. I know that India do not support dual citizenship and my child has to give up USA citizenship i only want the steps and procedures.
