Unclear photo on a new PIO card.

Hello,

Recently, I applied and received my Indian PIO card from Travisa Outsourcing in San Francisco, CA. When I received my PIO card the photo on PIO card was not very clear, specially, on both the eyes it seems like there is some kind black patch or a small bar covering the eyes. I had sent 4 photos to Travisa as per their specifications to process PIO card application. Photos were very clear and sharp.

I am planning a trip to India in few weeks and wondering what if, unclarity of PIO card photo might cause a problem for me to get entry in India ? So I wrote a letter to Travisa explaining the situation and what to do if I had a problem getting entry in India? Travisa replied saying they have examined PIO card and photo before sending out to me. But, if I want I can send back PIO card for reexamination. I have paid enough fees and postage and don't want to send back PIO card for reexamination. Would this unclear photo will cause me a problem to get entry into India ? If that happens what should I do ? I have not seen anybody's PIO card, so have no Idea what PIO card photo looks like.
Any guidance in the matter will be appreciated.
