Company Acquired - Effect on approved I140

Hi,

I work for company A and have approved PERM/I140 and PD is OCT'2010 in EB2.

Company A is being acquired by CompanyB and is successor in interest.

The new acquired company will be called Company B&A. So the name of the company will change as well the FIN number etc.

How would this acquisition effect my approved I140?

Does the new company have to redo the whole I140 of just an amendment is enough or just the successor in interest with proper papers submitted during I485.

Please suggest.
