My Cousins husband has been in this country from mexico for about 16 years illegally. Hes recently gotten married had kids and worked since he could could find a job. He got married a year ago and doesnt know where to go from here. Can I please get some guidance in which direction to go in what forms, process everything please!! Seeing

If he entered the country illegally, and stayed that long, he is by law going to be banned from the US, no matter who he married. This is a case where an immigration lawyer is needed and one that specializes with waivers to know his options to overcome a ban. It will require returning to Mexico with hopes the waiver will be granted. It is not a do it youself thing. A website called immigrate2US specializes more in that kind of case and you might find better general information there.
