    -- Duration I am keeping for 2 weeks. (Any suggested duration)

    Thx.

    Default B1 --> H1 Transfer

    Hi,

    I recently got B1/B2 Visa 10 years multiple entry. I am traveling to US on B1 Visa and I already got project in US.

    Company A is holding H1 (expired petition)
    Company B (Need to Transfer H1)

    My question is after traveling to US Can I apply H1 Transfer?
    Do I need to travel back outside of US to stamp H1 on my passport after H1 Transfer or Can I continue working in US after H1 Transfer?

    Note: I already stayed 5 years in US on my existing H1. Now I am using 1 year of my H1 which is left over.

    Thanks
