Urgent!!! Document to submit for residence proof from home country?

Hi,
I'm about to apply for Change of status from H4 to F1. All my docs are ready except for residence proof from home country, here is what I have:
Ration Card (It has home address not sure if it is valid in US)
Bank statements
PAN card
How many of these should I submit? Plz tell me if ration card is acceptable or they need financial proof docs specifically, what's their criteria for this doc, finance or just residence proof?
Urgent plz have to apply for COS asap.
