Help needed to select sponsor for visa

Hello Everybody,

My wife is currently applying for MS program and we are confused whom to select as her education sponsor for successful visa application. Situation is I am currently in US doing my MS program and trying to bring my wife on F-1 Visa, so I can not sponsor her, so I am in a confused state who should sponsor for successful I-20 issue and visa application.

Anybody who has the money and desire to sponsor her can sponsor her. She will of course need to provide evidence for that and evidence of strong ties to her home country such as family, property or job etc. It also helps the case if she is admitted to a good university in a good degree program.
