Filling out a W4 Form

Hello,

I received my green card in May 2012. Spouse is US Citizen and works a full time job and pays taxes every year.
I just accepted a job offer and was asked to fill out the W4 form.
My husband has two children(from ex wives) . He claims them as dependents. Now how do I fill out my W 4 form?

I know it depends on certain factors. So if you ask me questions I can answer. But I need help as i'am a novice.
