    Default Concurrent prevailing wage determination and recruitment process

    My employer has just now initiated my green card processing and i am already in my sixth year of H1b(My H1b end date is 08/01/2013). Considering the tight timeline, is it possible to concurrently start the prevailing wage determination and recruitment process. Has anyone of you done this and what are the pros and cons of this approach.

    Your feedback will really help me in taking a decision.

    Yes, why not. Prevailing wage has nothing to do with Recruitment efforts, if Employer found a US worker and offered the Job, he may choose not to use the PWD.
