How can I get my residents back

I got convicted for a felony on 1990 possetion of marijuana and completed my sentence on Nov. 2000 and was deported to Mexico but all my immediate family lives in the USA and My Mom is a US citizen and my dogther is over 21years old and she is also a native US citizen. My question is since I was deported for no amount of years how can I get my residence back and if my daughter can request my residence and how long would this take?

Your daughter can petition for you in the IR (immediate relative) category, which makes an immigrant visa immediately available to you. But as a convicted felon, and specially for drug trafficking, I see little to no chances of you getting the petition approved.

Nobody spends 10 years in jail merely for possession.

Now you mentioned that you don’t believe I had a possession charge well I do but was charged for 5 counts and 3 of them where for possession of control substance marijuana and cocaine the others where for car theft and possession of a firearm. So you mentioned my chances are little to no chance on getting the petition approved! + I was convicted for the second time for the same thing. But only this time I was deported. My comment was along the lines of "nobody goes to prison for a joint". Not judging, but looks like you and the law don't get along . . . With your criminal history, I would recommend for you to hire an experienced immigration lawyer.

Very honestly speaking, with your criminal history, I don't see a green card in your future. Check "classes of alien ineligible to receive a visa" at http://www.immihelp.com/visas/visa-i...e-classes.html - with your past criminal history, you actually fall in multiple categories of people ineligible to get a visa (and yes, a green card means you need an immigrant visa).
