Green Card Question - Future Employment

I work for Company ‘A’ - very big Indian IT organization (joined in USA a year back and has 5.2 years of experience before joining). Company A said they will initiate my GC process in next few months (Probably by end of the year). Now I got an offer from Company B who is ready to sponsor GC for future employment.

1. Is it legal for company A and B to sponsor my GC at the same time?
2. If company B files under EB2 and company A files under EB3 will it cause any issue?
3. Who will decide under which category (EB2/EB3) my application falls (my company or DOL)?
4. I have Bachelors in engineering (4 Years) + 5 years of IT experience (Before Joining Company A). Am I eligible for EB2? if company A files the PERM application for “Computer systems Analyst” position with about $ 40 per hour as a PW?

USCIS (COMPANY PRESUMES, USDOL APPROVES) AND USCIS DETERMINES THE CATEGORY. YOUR EMPLOYER WILL INDICATE THE CATEGORY ON I-140, HOWEVER, USCIS MAY PROCESS DIFFERENTLY.

Hi, we are winner of dv lottory 2012 and my husband is the main applicant ,we went to usa and we got our green card now we came back our country to finalize our issues here to move permanently to usa but here we have got serious problem and we want to get divorce i want to know as in my green card it is mentioned category DV2 after divorce may I loose my green card and will be there any problem for being citizenship ??
