Hi,
I think there are indeed very few people who specialise in Immigration Laws to US in India. Since this is a niche field based on complex matters pertaining to everchanging Immigration Laws, and it is bears the responsibility of making someone's future, the rates might be justified in my opinion. Try the yellow pages.
