Urgent help needed- Delay in filing OPT extension

Hi

I was supposed to aplly for my opt extension before oct 11 but for some reasons i was not able to apply. can i apply adn will USCIS accept my application.
Has anybody ever had this situation.. please help

You will need to provide evidence that you were not able to file because of reasons beyond your control (health emergency, family situation or any such reason). Whether USCIS accepts that reason or not cannot be predicted. You can consult an experienced immigration attorney so that they can file your response correctly.
