Passport Tracking with new website (Stanley / ustraveldocs.com/in)

This is my first post to Immihelp forum. Please pardon me if this type of question is already answered.

My in-laws visa got approved on 6'Nov at Hyderabad consulate. previously, I remember the procedure of picking passport from VFS location next day once visa is approved.
Is it the same with new website? Can we pick up passport from OFC and how long will it take to track the passport? I am getting message " Please use a valid passport number or UID" when I email the passport no or UID to [email protected] email id.

I appreciate if any one can shed some light in this regards.

It is not the next day.

It is about a week before you can pick up the passport from the pick up location you specified at the time of taking an appointment.
