income to be shown on i-134 : yearly salary vs W2 tax returns

I got job in November 2011. So my W2 for 2011 has just my two months pay which is $12000.
However, my yearly salary is $62,000.

On the i-134 form for my wife (F2 dependent visa) what should I mention under question 7. Do I mention my W2 amount or my yearly salary and substantiate it with the letter from the employer?
Which is advisable?
