Question Doubt in documents needed for perm

    Hi,
My Employer is going to file for my LC in perm process.
I am a software developer and I have completed my masters from India (3 year Bachelors + 3 year Masters).
I worked in India for 8 months for which I have the experience letter, which doesnt include the skillset.
I have been working with my current employer for more than 1 year. Totally I have 1 year and 8 months working experience.

The following are my doubts. It will be very helpful if someone clears these doubts.

    1. Can I file under EB2 category?
    2. Should my Experience letter include my skillset, for which my employer has advertised for?
    3. Can I have a experience letter from my current employer itself?

    Thanks in advance,
    Rani

I am not sure about the first 2 things, but as i am also filing for labor in PERM, I was told by my lawyer that you can not add the experience of working with the current employer who is filing for your labor cert. You may fimd something on this on DOL Site.
    Good Luck.
