Received H4 receipt notice for my daughter, does it mean my H1b was chosen in lottery

My attorney managed to file H1b application along with my daughter H4 application by Apr 1, 2013. Today, I received a receipt notice for my daughter H4 application. My attorney didnt tell me yet whether they received my H1b receipt notice yet. My question is, as my daughter H4 receipt notice has arrived, does it imply that my H1b was chosen in the lottery process ?

It just means that your daughters application was delivered to the USCIS address before yours.
