Default Does the Plastic Card Mail Marked as "Do not Forward&qu

I have a question for those who have recently received their plastic card:

Is the mail, that contains the plastic card, marked as 'Do Not Forward' from the INS?

    Thanks

    Default Forward

Some of my friends who got their cards, have mentioned that there is nothing special mentioned on the envelope from INS.

Also, check out the form G-731 at :

    http://www.immihelp.com/forms/showform.do?form=g-731c

If you look at the bottom right of page 1, it clearly states under reminder that "If you move, please make arrangements with the US postal service to send your mail to your new address. Your card is automatically mailed to the address shown on your application".

So it appears that even if you move, your card will be forwarded to your new address, provided you have informed the USPS of your new address.

    Default recd. my card today

I got my card today. POE washington DC on Jul 26, 01.
There is no "Do not forward" on the envelope. In fact, it does not even have the INS address or INS on it. Just P.O Box number and Mesquite, TX 75185-1488 on it. So it will be forwarded by USPS.
