Is H4 visa in USA eligible for work permit in Canada?

Hi,

I am a Bcom Graduate with 6 years of Experience in Sales/Finance Industry in India. I am currently on H4 in USA.
1. Are there any consulting firms in Canada who help in marketing me, finding a Job and applying for a Work Permit for me in Canada?
2. Can i work in Canada while I am on H4 in USA?
3. If I get work permit, Can i travel in and out of country frequently? Will there be any issue to my H4 status in this case?
4. What is the minimum education required to apply for work permit in Canada?
5. What are the pros and cons here?

Have you got answer to your query. I have similar query where my spouse have H4 visa in USA and looking for work permit to work in USA/Canada, Do let me know if Canada work permit can be obtained with H4 visa
