Divorced filed in USA jointly

Hi,
Me and my wife jointly filed for divorce in Wisconsin.
She has signed all the required papers.
She is in H4 VISA, and the official at the court said she can now leave to India and you can appear for the final hearing.
My question is Can she now go and file any case in India against me?
Will this be valid?? Can I fight with the case number I have received here in Wisconsin?
